40+ weeks

OMG...I was HUGE!!! I feel pretty fat now until I look back at these pictures! ;) Hard to believe that this was a few months ago...and that all 9 pounds and 1 ounce of Grant was squeezed in there just waiting to come out into the world! I ended up getting induced on Friday, March 19, when my OB was on call. I was 40 weeks and 3 days. We had a growth ultrasound on March 17 where they estimated Baby Wilt to weight 8lb 11oz. We also had a big scare that day when they thought they discovered a cleft lip/palate during our growth ultrasound. There was no way to know for sure until delivery, so Aaron and I spent the next two days researching, praying, wondering, and worrying. We felt extra blessed when we found out a few days later that we had a healthy baby boy...with a really high arch that had caused the unusual shadow on his mouth during the ultrasound!
